Uniting has developed a Consumer Partnership Framework to ensure that consumer rights, views and goals are at the heart of the way we work.
This position will be responsible for researching, developing and trailing our practice tools, engage with key stakeholders to understand needs and provide advice to our workforce working with consumers in partnership activities.
About you
You have demonstrated experience and expertise in consumer participation and/or lived experience.
Your solid experience and understanding of consumer participation practices and human rights will support you in liaising with key stakeholders, providing advice and adopting a continuous improvement approach.
