About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a Support Coordinator to partner with our clients and or their representative in the ongoing coordination of their needs, goals, aspirations, choices, expectations, motivations, preferences, values and financial profile. By maintaining a high touch relationship you are responsive to changes in circumstances and respond accordingly. Review and amend support plans, budgets and fee schedules in response to changing client circumstance as part of the agreed service provided by Jewish Care Victoria.

Jewish Care Victoria, a for purpose organisation, is the largest provider of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. We employ over 750 staff and have the privilege of the services of over 300 volunteers with a turnover of $80 million per annum. Services include Aged Residential Care, Assessment Referral and Individual Support Services, Community Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, Youth and Family Services and Holocaust Survivors Programs.
