An exciting opportunity exists to work with Victoria’s first housing association, Australia’s only integrated housing and homeless organisation to provide quality team management and tenancy and property management services essential in the day to day operations of the Housing Services division in the Barwon South West region.
The objectives of the role is to provide leadership, guidance, supervision and direction to the Barwon South West Housing Team members (currently located in Geelong and Preston) and to the day to day program operations.
We are looking for someone with a strong communication, team management & leadership skills, a background in tenancy and property management and an understanding of the structural constructs of poverty, homelessness and housing stress.
