Two Youth Mentoring Programs are offered at Jewish Care – The Young Achievers Program (YAP) and Youth Aspire
We are now seeking an enthusiastic and team orientated individual to join the Individual & Family Support team to coordinate and lead the Youth Achievers Program in collaboration with the Coordinator of the Youth Aspire Program. This position is part time and is based in our St Kilda Rd office although most activities are held in Community. We are looking for a skilled individual who understands the benefits of and values mentoring for young people, particular for those experiencing disadvantage.

About the organisation
Jewish Care Victoria, a not-for-profit organisation, is the largest provider of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. Programs include In-home, In-Community and Residential services for Elders, Disability Services as well as services for Individuals and Families (I&FS).
