About the role
Client Support Officers assist Travellers Aid customers at all locations through the provision of high quality client services. They ensure that Travellers Aid remains a welcoming and safe environment for all, by providing support, advice and assistance at the point of need to the travelling public with special requirements and those in emergency situations.
Client Support Officers provide services that include; meal assistance, toilet and other personal and mobility assistance to older people, people with a disability, visually and movement impaired travellers across Travellers Aid’s sites, transport and tourism information to the general public and emergency relief assistance to people in crisis situations.
Please note that all applicants must have a Personal Care qualification at the level of Certificate III in HACC or greater. Applicants must also have a valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
