We have a role for you! We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager at Variety – the Children’s Charity, to help raise funds for kids in need. The Finance and Operations Manager position is permanent, with flexibility to work 4 or 5 days. You will be based at our office in Port Melbourne and benefit from flexible employment conditions, car parking and salary packaging.
Reporting to the CEO, the Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of Variety Victoria’s financial and operational functions including financial planning, management reporting, risk management, overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting and accountability requirements. The position is also responsible for managing the organisation’s payroll and HR functions; and provides Governance support to the Board.
This is a varied role leading a small finance and administration team so flexibility, adaptability and a ‘can do’ attitude is a must!
