About the role

The “Buggy Transfer Service” program is being delivered by Travellers Aid Australia, in partnership with the MCC. The objective of the program is to assist patrons who have difficulty getting from sorrounding Public Transport Hubs to the MCG and their relevant gate of entry prior to events, and then supporting their return to get home.

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Site Supervisor on a 6 month contract role. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Buggy Transfer Service at the Melbourne Cricket Grounds (MCG). This includes managing and engaging the volunteers, volunteer rostering, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available and well maintained and engaging with relevant MCG staff on game days. It is also part of the role to work closely with the Operations Manager, keeping them informed, providing input into the service planning and highlighting any issues and risks to the Operations Manager.
