Sunbury Community Health is seeking expressions of interest for a Family Services Case Manager.

This position is delivering Integrated Family Services as part of a dynamic team, within the context of a wider Child FIRST alliance covering Hume and Moreland Local Government Areas. This position requires an energetic and skilled practitioner who will find motivation in working with families to improve the lives of children.

The successful applicant will find satisfaction in working as part of a team, and working within a case-management framework to address multiple and complex needs of families, in a supportive and child-focused way.

This position requires relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services Welfare or equivalent.  It also requires a current driver’s license, police check and Working with Children Check.
