Who we’re looking for
We have two opportunities (one full-time and another part-time) to join our growing NDIS Support Coordination teams. One position will be based at our Epping Site (part-time), another at our Box Hill site (full-time).

We’re looking for people with:
- a strong understanding of the NDIS and an ability to support participants into appropriate services to achieve their identified goals
- the ability to work creatively and collaboratively to solve problems and a strong understanding of managing services within a funded plan and budget
- experience in clinical, educational or community-based disability, mental health or early childhood intervention services or related fields will be highly regarded.
What you’ll be doing
As a Support Coordinator, you will support NDIS participants to build capacity to coordinate their NDIS funded plans, navigate, negotiate appropriate support and services, and connect with community support and mainstream services. You will provide connection and coordination and support participants to both establish new services under NDIS and transition from old services to NDIS.
Knowledge of the NDIS system and processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, high-level organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to utilise person-centred practices will assist you in your workday. Your day will include actively managing a client caseload, attending meetings (office-based, community-based, and home visits), administrative tasks associated with coordinating services and report writing.
Who you’ll be working with
Coordinators will work inc lusively with participants, families, and carers to build great relationships and enhance participant supports. These positions are part of a team of 8 Support Coordinators across 2 locations who share information and skills, reporting to an onsite, engaged Team Leader.
