Part-time (0.8 – 0.9 FTE) / full-time fixed term position available for 12 months with the possibility of renewal dependent on funding.

As the Administration Support Officer, your contribution will be to provide high level support to the Director of eOrygen, facilitating the smooth running of all the Director’s operations. You will act as the principal contact point for coordinating meetings and liaising with external stakeholders, including senior government officials, partner organisations, and members of the public and clients and families. Under the guidance of the Director and senior managers, you will support the financial and staffing activities of eOrygen, providing highly developed business operations administration support.
As a guide, remuneration of $65,000 – $75,000 per annum is offered, dependent on skills and experience; NFP generous salary sacrificing opportunities are also available to the successful candidate.

About you
As an Administration Support Officer, you will have:
Previous experience in administration and support in a dynamic team context and/or extensive experience in a similar role either supporting a Director or CEO.
Proficiency in reading, understanding and implementing organisational policies, rules, and regulations.
Capacity to be proactive, assertive, and work well under pressure or within tight time frames.
Exceptional time management and organisation skills with a passion for planning, organising and prioritising administrative tasks and systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish friendly and professional rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of and the ability to efficiently use ICT and organisation systems.
