The Victorian Council of Social Service (VCOSS) is looking to recruit a full time Events & Digital Communications Officer to work as a central part of the VCOSS communications team to deliver engaging, inclusive and effective events, help VCOSS produce clever and effective digital content (including email marketing products), and perform other communications support tasks as required.
VCOSS is Victoria’s peak social advocacy body, and the key representative organisation of the state’s social and community sector. Our members include charities, frontline service bodies, awareness groups, advocacy organisations and other peak bodies.
The successful applicant will sit in the VCOSS Communications Team and report to the VCOSS Communications Manager.
We need a hardworking and digital savvy comms pro who can:
- Design and run engaging, inclusive and memorable events
- Create clever and effective digital content
- Elevate our email marketing to the next level, and.
- Provide high-level communications support to a diverse range of VCOSS- managed collaborative projects
Salary and conditions of employment are governed by the VCOSS Enterprise Agreement 2017 and VCOSS policies and procedures.
