The Manager Business Systems and Analytics is responsible for the development, integration, delivery and maintenance of applications, data management and analytics. This position develops, manages and rationalises business processes, systems and data to effective quality and service standards.

The position reports to the Head of Corporate Services and will lead and manage transformation and transition to new systems and functions and ensure ongoing improvement across the organisation. A key component will be identifying organisational change that will impact the systems and analytics and manage any impact and maintaining the health of those systems.

The successful candidate will have a high level of interpersonal skills and be a good problem solver who shows initiative and enterprise. They will be a champion of technology, a driver of change, and have deep experience in contract administration. They will be equipped to lead a team across a dispersed geographic area. They will be comfortable operating in a small to medium sized enterprise.

This role is being advertised because the incumbent will go on maternity leave in August 2020. Interrelate would like to hire someone on an interim basis as soon as possible, to maximise the overlap with the incumbent before they go on leave. The contract term is twelve months.

The location for the role is flexible. The successful candidate could be based at head office in Bella Vista or one of Interrelates other offices across NSW, or possibly interstate. During the COVID19 crisis, the role could be performed from the home-base of the successful candidate.
