About the role

Full Time, Fixed Term (Maternity Leave Cover until April 2021)

Our Health and Wellbeing Unit is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary and innovative Allied Health team.  We provide a broad range of individual and group based services and programs for those aged 13 years and above and their carers from the Sunbury community, with an emphasis on those who need us most.

This position encompasses goal-directed care planning, case coordination, equipment and home modification prescription, and chronic illness management. We would encourage Occupational Therapists who have worked under fee for service or private billing arrangements to apply (e.g. Home Care Packages). Sunbury Community Health welcomes innovation and offers endless opportunities to design, develop and implement new and exciting programs, and challenge the way things are done.

Applicants require current registration with AHPRA, Working with Children Check, Police Check and Driver’s Licence.
