We are seeking a motivated Supervisor of Support Services to join the team and provide supervision and mentoring to staff involved in the delivery of support services as well as assisting in the growth, expansion and development of support services delivered by Wangarang.

• Develop plans for the day’s activities in conjunction with other staff and oversee the day to day running of the program
• Apply person centred principles in all aspects of working with clients
• Implement strategies on a day to day basis for achievement of individual goals and maximisation of client autonomy
• Manage a roster of various individual shifts
• Approve expenditure to level of delegation and refer higher expenditure to Client Services Coordinator
• Report gaps/issues that impact negatively on participants and /or program outcomes
• Ensure support is provided as agreed in the Service Agreement
