About the organisation
Pinnacle Inc. (Pinnacle) is a not for profit, vibrant, innovative andprogressive National Disability Insurance (NDIS) service provider which
supports people with disabilities in the areas of Ararat and Stawell in Western Victoria.
Our principal aim is to enable people with disabilities to exercise choice and control through the planning and delivery of high quality support that enables people with disabilities to maximise independent lifestyles with full inclusion in the community.
We have a complex portfolio including centre based activities, community activities, in-home supports, supported employment, respite, support coordination and specialist disability accommodation. We currently provide support to approximately 230 clients with just over 160 staff.

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation and build on the successful achievements of Pinnacle, providing inspirational leadership to ensure success into the future.
This exciting role will ensure that the organisation responds appropriately to the challenges and opportunities facing the disability sector. We are focused on developing a flexible and responsive organisation with a culture ensuring operations and services are of the highest standard. We are looking for a true people leader. Someone who knows how to build collaborative teams and bring others on the journey. Your role will span corporate and clinical governance, strategic planning and risk management, financial and asset management, people leadership and project management.
This role would suit someone with extensive experience at an executive level in the management of a multi-functioned disability service or in a related industry sector. Your character is warm, empathetic, authentic and you possess excellent interpersonal skills. You act with strong ethics and professionalism in all matters and are a visionary who combines high levels of strategic, political and commercial acumen.
