This crucial role will partner with a new CEO and drive operational and service excellence that continues to be innovative, adaptable, and accountable, to fulfil Melba’s purpose – “to open up a world of opportunities for people to live a fabulous life”. You will lead and promote an engaged and positive “speaking up” culture in a large workforce that currently supports over 1500 people. You will work collaboratively with the Practice, Quality and Safeguards division to ensure people’s human rights are upheld and the “Melba Way” is embedded across Melba.
An expert in disability or a related sector, you are a resilient people leader with an innovative style and are passionate about bringing out the best in teams and the people they support. You have a proven track record of managing large and complex services. Your strong personal presentation and stakeholder management skills enable you to proudly represent and advocate for your organisation at all levels. You are analytical and evidence based in your decision making and have a total commitment to human rights.
