About the organisation
Gippsland PHN is a not-for-profit organisation that works at a regional level in collaboration with stakeholders and the community to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes for the region. This is done through whole of system health care improvement programs and by commissioning new services to address the primary health needs of local Gippsland communities.

Reporting to the CEO and leading a multidisciplinary group, you will be a key contributor as part of a collegiate, values-driven leadership team, providing strategic, innovative and operational guidance and mentoring. This will draw on your strengths in business strategy, operational planning, culture, change management and continuous improvement
An astute, enthusiastic leader with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, you have the capacity to effectively engage staff, stakeholders and the community to achieve positive outcomes with demonstrable impact.
