Full time role based in role based in North West & Hills District
As General Manager, Operations you will work closely with the CEO and
Management board. You will be able to enthusiastically embrace change,

You will ensure person centred approaches are at the forefront of all
Participant’s needs and are applied across all sites and services offered by
Flintwood Disability Services.
As our General Manager, Operations, you will also partner with other
members of the Senior Management Team in strategic decision making to
engage Flintwood’s quality services and maintain and build the
organisations reputation and capacity.
The emphasis of this role is on the future and will suit you if you are
experienced and qualified in Disability and have business management. You
will be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership with 3 years’ strategic
