Our Home Care Package Program is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Support Officer to join our Health and Wellbeing unit.
The Program Support Officer will support the Home Care Package Care Managers to make a positive difference to the wellbeing of Home Care Package holders and their carers within the community. The Program Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative, finance and engagement support services for new and existing clients. Holders of Home Care Packages are people generally aged over 65, living in the community, who require a range of support services with funds allocated by the Commonwealth Government.
