The programs we deliver are funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Health, NSW Health, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, National Disability Insurance Scheme and Transport for NSW.

About the role

The role will require you to work with the Board and possibly relevant Subcommittees, to manage financial and business risk, and contribute to meeting the strategic, regulatory and governance challenges faced by ADSSI Limited. The Board meets in the evening on the last Tuesday of each month currently via Zoom, and when possible at our head office at Tuggerah.

Our selection criteria focus on the following experience and qualities in a Non-Executive Director – future Treasurer position;
