Although some of the figures are difficult to comprehend, the underlying service provider currently sees 5,000 patients a week, and operates three medical practices and a telehealth service that is capable of spanning the country 24 hours a day.
History says the service was started by a doctor with a dream and $1,200 worth of equipment. That doctor is still there today.
