About the role
Reporting to the General Manager and as a member of the senior management team, the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing three team leaders whose staff provide aged care, NDIS and rostering services.
The Operations Manager will oversee operational practices; ensure compliance with the relevant aged care and NDIS standards; and ensure high-quality services are consistently provided to clients.
Working closely with the management team, the Operations Manager will ensure the competitiveness and financial viability of the organisation, while maintaining a culture where clients’ needs are at the centre of our services.
