About the role

  • Drive business innovation through Product Planning and
  • Marketing throughout the Product Lifecycle
  • Based in Macquarie Park (4 minute walk from Metro station)
  • 120K including Super, plus Salary Packaging & Other Exciting

  • 12 month contract

You will be joining Relationships Australia NSW at an exciting time, where we are seeking to build our brand and innovate in our product development. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the GM Business Development – Social and Commercial Enterprise to co-ordinate the product development process and deliver products to the organisation. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own with your strong stakeholder engagement to drive innovative and strategic thinking in new product development.

Some of the opportunities you will have to leave your mark on include:

  • Managing product development project plans from inception to delivery
  • Thinking strategically and leading others to achieve goals
  • Working with all stakeholders to problem solve, devise and implement
  • creative solutions
  • Liaising with ICT, Business Transformation and Brand, Marketing and
  • Communications on implementation and sales pathway to customers
  • Embedding ongoing analysis of new products, tracking user experience
  • data as part of the innovation and improvement process

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess a combination of the below:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, product marketing, business development or a related field
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead innovation and product development throughout the product lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated experience of embedding feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement
  • Strategic and forward-thinking with the ability to make innovative, actionable recommendations informed by business insights
  • Outstanding analytical skills, a demonstrated ability to pull and interpret information and data to make sound business judgement and recommendations
