About the role

The Community and Digital Fundraising Manager will be responsible for driving fundraising income through community and digital fundraising activities.

The role is will own the relationship management of all community and regular giving donors, and for growing the fundraising income from this stream in line with Raise’s Strategic Impact Plan.

In addition, this role will be the driving force behind a new annual Raise community fundraising event, designed to grow fundraising income and build an engaged donor and fundraiser database

The Community and Digital Fundraising Manager reports to the Partnership and Fundraising Director, with support from the Partnerships Coordinator, and works closely with key stakeholders and the Raise staff team.

 

About You

You will have a strong fundraising and marketing background with expertise in community based fundraising, having established and grown community and digital fundraising initiatives within a Not for Profit.

You have exceptional expertise and interest in digital fundraising, marketing and design and are proficient in design software (e.g. Canva). With significant experience working with CRM’s, you will bring prior knowledge of how to integrate fundraising platforms with CRMs (Salesforce is ideal) and excellent CRM reporting skills.

You have exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills and have strong IT skills – including Microsoft Office365, and cloud-based systems such as Google Drive. Prior experience in Salesforce will be viewed favourably.

You are a people person, who demonstrates an outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships. You are creatively minded and can bring new ideas and insights to this role and Raise more broadly. You are comfortable working strategically and hands on as required. Above all, you are a community minded individual with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of young people.

This role will require you to have or be willing to obtain relevant Youth Safety Checks. You must hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children (Employee) Check and National Crime Check and will be asked to complete our Raise Mentor Training Course
