About the role

  • Status: Full-time, Ongoing position
  • Location: Preston and other VACCA locations as determined
  • Salary: $100,000k to $110,000k

About the opportunity

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will partner with and support key stakeholders across VACCA. It is expected that you will play a critical role in establishing and building relationships across VACCA whilst having responsibility for specific divisions within VACCA. The role is expected to focus on providing high-quality HR services that support the overall objectives of VACCA. This includes building the capacity and expertise in people management practices, providing employee relations advice and support, HR policies and procedures development and review, & HR reportings which assist in workforce planning and development.

About you

Ideally, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with proven HR generalist experience in people management practices, employee relations, workforce planning, and work health and safety along with the capacity to read and interpret awards and employment legislation, policies, and procedures. You will also, have a proven ability to work within a fast-paced & high-volume environment. In addition, you will have the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organisation, with excellent influencing, relationship building, coaching, and communication skills.

The role will initially be based remotely and working from home with the view to move to working from Preston for part of the week with the remainder working at other VACCA locations as determined.
