About the role
LAC Team Leaders oversee the day to day operations of the LAC service including the development, implementation and review of Participant’s NDIS plans. A focus of this role will include ensuring equal access to the NDIS for all Participants and potential participants across the region. The Team Leader will have a commitment to inclusion and strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team committed to person centered practice.
This is a full time opportunity and the role covers leadership of both the Dubbo and Broken Hill teams.
