Sunbury Community Health and Cobaw Community Health have announced plans to merge their organisations from 1 January 2021.
Reporting directly to the CEO of Sunbury Community Health and working closely with the CEO of Cobaw Community Health and a project steering committee, this exciting new opportunity exists to develop and oversee the implementation of the merger transition plan.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Transition Project Manager who will play an integral role and bolster the existing team in coordinating this large, complex project. The role will oversee a range of significant change management activities in supporting the merger.
Utilising your extensive high-level project management experience you will engage with key internal and external stakeholders to drive operational activities. Your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills will be greatly valued.
