About the role

  • NFP Salary Packaging; work/life balance
  • Parkville base (initially working from home)
  • Part-time/Full-time (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) fixed term until 30 Jul 2021; possibility of
    renewal subject to funding
  • Leading organisation in youth mental health

As the Clinical Implementation Facilitator, you will engage with Victoria’s state-funded youth
specialised services to support the implementation of Orygen Digital’s Moderated Online Social
Therapy (MOST) application. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of youth specialised services in
Victoria, you will work closely with these services to provide this support, promote MOST and
liaise with MOST Champions within each service to solve implementation challenges as they
arise.
Experience supporting the implementation of new initiatives within a clinical context is desirable
however not essential. You will however possess well-developed communication and
engagement skills to work with a range of services, as this position requires the ability to
influence others and work closely and train other mental health professionals.
As a guide, remuneration of $70,000 – $85,000 per annum pro rata plus superannuation is
offered, dependent on skills and experience; NFP generous salary sacrificing opportunities are
also available to the successful candidate.

About you
To be considered you will need:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline including psychology, social work, occupational
therapy, mental health nursing and/or other mental health profession with eligibility for
appropriate membership with accredited registering body.
Experience working in a specialised youth mental health service.
Extensive understanding of the operations and processes of specialised youth mental health
services.
Ability to build and develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Experience in training and/or public communication.

A capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment, working to appropriate timelines.
Demonstrated sound judgement and excellent problem solving abilities.
Strong ability to communicate and influence others within a clinical context.
Passionate about digital interventions in youth mental health, including MOST.
