We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for the position of Manager – Oncology and Community Services. This newly created role will provide operational oversight and leadership across our Oncology, Community and Complex Care Services teams.

Reporting to the Director of Primary and Community Care, you will be strongly values driven, have well developed communication and interpersonal skills and easily build respectful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a growth mindset, value accountability of self and others and consistently model the behaviours you want to promote across your teams.

This role would suit a nurse with leadership experience in oncology, community nursing, or other clinical domain, or an aspiring nurse leader looking to take the next step in their career.
