Who we’re looking for:
If you’re a (Senior) Mental Health Clinician/Consultant, registered in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health nursing or Occupational Therapy, and bring a person-centric approach to your practices, then we would love to hear from you!

EACH has a number of positions available for people deeply passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of small business owners impacted by the restrictions associated with COVID-19. Having worked extensively with individuals who have experienced mental health and psychosocial challenges, the type of people we’re interested in will have sound clinical skills, knowledge of the mental health service sector and the confidence and judgment to provide brief intervention and facilitate referrals to internal and external services.

What you’ll be doing:
Your days will be varied with a combination of working from site at the peak body, working virtually and remotely depending on the day. Some days may see you work directly with members providing brief mental health interventions and facilitating referrals to additional and longer term supports, and as part of your varied role, you will support the peak industry to identify the unique needs of the organisation and assist them in developing plans to support their members and staff. Based on the needs you will co-design training and strategies in collaboration with our partners NEAMI, ACSO and Financial Counselling Victoria, and you will coordinate the implementation of these.

Your aim is to reduce and manage the distress and mental health in small business owners and peak body staff, and to build the capacity of staff and peak industry bodies in supporting their members mental health and wellbeing.

Who you’ll  be working with:
You will be part of a newly created program and team full of dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate in supporting the mental health and well-being of small business owners who are impacted from the restrictions associated with COVID-19.

Currently working from home, you will have regular phone and email contact with customers and colleagues, attending meetings via Zoom and MS Teams.
