About the role
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Strategy, Policy and Planning team within Respect Victoria.
Changing the norms, practices, and structures that drive family violence and violence against women is the challenge of our generation. It is one that Victoria has made an historic investment in, and is the responsibility of Respect Victoria to lead alongside those who have led prevention work before us. Driving evidence-informed primary prevention across Victoria however, must expand beyond the government and sectors currently invested in primary prevention in order to realise sustainable long-term change.
This requires partnerships across government, industries, organisations and communities, to drive prevention across all areas of the community, where we live, work, learn, rest and play. The Partnerships Manager will lead this effort. The end goal is a lofty one: for all people to be safe, equal, respected, and free from all forms of family violence and violence against women.
