EACH is looking for a Program Manager with both leadership and clinical experience working across mental health, family violence and alcohol and other drugs to provide day to day management of programs. If you enjoy leading and inspiring others, variety in your day and working with other service delivery professionals, then we would love to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who will enjoy taking ownership of the position and, in doing so, will mak e a difference to our clients’ lives. To be considered for this role, you will be well rehearsed in leading a team through the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of mental health interventions and recovery focused activities while delivering to the relevant legislative, regulations and service standards. You will be a natural leader, enthusiastic problem-solver who enjoys developing innovative solutions for your clients by keeping up with latest trends, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus in your deliver of the solution.

What you’ll be doing
It’s unlikely that any two days will be the same. You’ll hold overall responsibility to ensure programs in the scope of the role meet their contractual financial and service deliverables, and effectively partner with a range of stakeholders to monitor the programs progress and targets are met. You’ll build relationships with the teams reporting into you, utilisin g your strong people management skills, promoting growth in the programs and high-quality services.

Who you’ll be working with
This position reports directly to the Area Manager, Southern Melbourne, and provides support and guidance to 5 direct reports including 3 Team Leaders, 1 AOD Family Violence Advisor and 2 supports. Externally, you’ll forge working relationships with stakeholders from several funding bodies as a representative of EACH.
