About the role
The Senior Manager, Practice Excellence is responsible for developing and delivering a range of services and initiatives to support practice excellence across the organisation. The role leads a small team in implementing organisational learning and development activities aligned with our practice principles to support the delivery of high-quality services.
This is a challenging role in a high-volume work environment, supporting a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholder needs. If you are passionate about embedding safe and effective ways of working in human services along with supporting workforce learning and development this is the role for you
