Who we are
Social Ventures Australia (SVA) is a Non-For-Profit organisation that works with partners to improve the lives of people in need in Australia by helping businesses, governments and philanthropists to be more effective funders and social purpose organisations to be more effective at delivering services. SVA’s Connect Team provides key enabling and support services to the organization, including Finance, IT, People and Culture, Legal and Office Support.

The position
This exciting part-time, permanent position (3 days a week) sits within SVA’s Connect team and plays an important role in providing business, functional administration support across SVA, with a focus on Salesforce and other third-party applications and systems that integrate with it. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the focus of this role is to identify, scope, and manage current and new IT project implementations. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders and requires proactive leadership in identifying opportunities to develop and deploy new systems, as well as enhancing business systems and processes.

Who you are
If you have recent in-depth experience working as a Salesforce administrator, or in a business, functional support or analyst role (but not developer), then apply now! The ideal candidate has a customer-centric mindset coupled with experience in maintaining financial, HR and expense management systems, with strong knowledge of Office 365 and the Microsoft Suite. This role will give you a unique opportunity to join a social purpose organisation where you can scope and manage current and new IT project implementations, working with external partners in the delivery of services to internal users.
