We are currently seeking a highly skilled Intensive Support Case Manager to join our team. This position plays a significant role in assisting people experiencing homelessness and currently accommodating in hotel and motel accommodation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Intensive Support Case Manager is responsible for supporting clients who will transition from hotels to alternative accommodation including head leased properties in the private rental market. They will provide wellbeing focused case management support to a diverse and complex caseload and deliver innovative and effective services of the highest possible standard for our clients.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have operational experience within the homelessness sector and experience working with people of complex needs. You will hold a tertiary qualification in human services, social work or relevant disciplinary. You will also have effective communication (written and verbal), time management and organisational skills. Working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that uses innovative housing practices, this exciting and challenging position offers applicants the opportunity to build and empower the lives of people experiencing homelessness.
