Who we’re looking for
If you’re a passionate registered Mental Health Clinician who enjoys variety in your day, is degree qualified in nursing, psychology, Occupational Therapy or social work and experienced working in a child & youth mental health setting, then you might be exactly who we are looking for!

Under the lead agency of EACH, headspace Hastings has created a number of new clinical opportunities in a newly developed site in Hastings to meet the growing community need. We’re looking for a .4FTE Youth Enhanced Clinician to join the team to provide assessment and evidence-based treatments to young people who experience a range of mental health difficulties. You will work in collaboration to take ownership of and create a quality service as its founding members.

What you’ll be doing
Your role will be varied on a day to day basis. Utilising your outstanding clinical skills in working with young people and their families/carers with mental health issues in an early intervention framework, you will provide evidence-based treatments to young people through a range of individual and group work sessions.

You will partner with local government, schools and other health and community providers to be able provide the best care to young people, making a huge difference to the lives of those with mental health concerns.

Who you’ll be working with
Reporting into the Clinical Lead, you will part of a team of highly experienced and enthusiastic clinicians who are dedicated to working with young people and their families, who present with complex and long-standing mental health challenges, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
