About the role
As General Manager – Human Resources and Operations you will be joining a collaborative leadership team and be part of an organisation forging a path for change. You will lead WIRE’s activities to create an integrated and highly strategic approach to people (human resources, learning, and workplace culture), operations (risk, quality management, asset management including technology) and culture (WIRE policies and procedures).
The roles and responsibilities of the General Manager – Human Resources and Operations include:
- Lead the Human Resources functions of the organisation
- Oversee WIRE workplace environment, tools and systems
- Lead WIREs risk and compliance procedures
- Oversee policies and procedures
- Provide management, leadership and performance to teams.
