About the organisation
The Village Glen is a large retirement Village in Capel Sound (Rosebud West) on the Mornington Peninsula which has been in operation for nearly 40 years as a successfully run family business. We're proud of what we've achieved, but there's no way we can continue to do this without the help of some passionate, driven individuals - including new Home Support Workers to ensure that our clients needs are met. And it sounds like you'd be a perfect fit for the role.

No two days will be the same in this highly varied role. Here’s just a taste of what you’ll be up to:
- Assist the Home Support Partner in delivering care and support into the client’s home
- Care for clients
- Workplace safety
- Delivering great customer service and reporting client feedback
In addition to the above, we also have one ‘mentoring’ placement to fill, which will see you mentoring new staff to ensure they adhere to our policies and procedures.
What can you bring?
You’ll need to be broad-minded, empathetic and bring a diverse range of experience to the table with you, as well as a Cert. III / IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Care or Aged Care. (If you’re currently working towards a Cert. III qualification, that’s ok too).
