THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated, results-driven fundraiser to join a dynamic and passionate team embarking on an exciting growth trajectory and innovative new direction for the organisation. With a key strategic priority to invest in fundraising and in our people, you will be supported with ongoing professional development and growth opportunities to empower you to thrive and succeed.
Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, this role will play a vital role in developing and managing our new digital regular giving program, supporting in the creation and execution of multi-channel direct marketing appeals, content development and production across the individual giving portfolio including our lottery program, and collaborating on other campaigns across the department including Middle Value, Major Donor and Gift in Wills.

ABOUT YOU
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate they meet the following selection criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or fundraising is desirable.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in fundraising, digital or direct marketing.
- Demonstrated experience and proven success in digital marketing, social media and/or regular giving.
- Demonstrated experience in process management for print production, telemarketing, content production, creative and design.
- Experience in internal and external stakeholder liaison with strong interpersonal skills and a capacity for conflict resolution, relationship management and diplomacy.
- Strong project management and time management skills with proven ability to manage several projects at once, make sound judgments, prioritise work and to work under pressure to meet multiple tight deadlines.
- Experience in tracking budgets and measurement and reporting of campaign performance.
- Knowledge of and experience with CRM databases, particularly Raiser’s Edge.
- Analytical and creative thinking skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude and growth mindset
