With over 400 staff working across 14 locations in metropolitan Melbourne, we combine direct action with advocacy, research, and innovation to drive widespread change.

The Role

The primary focus of the Tenancy and Property Worker under the Transitional Housing Management (THM) programme is to ensure the effective and efficient management of tenancies and properties in line with a broad range of policies, procedures and key legislation.

The role is dynamic, varied and best suited to someone highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and exceptional administration skills. Working with several key stakeholders and the general public, your strong problem-solving skills will be relied upon daily. The successful candidate will have sound working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and VCAT experience and property management; including the ability to manage competing demands and communicate professionally, effectively and respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities. If you have a desire for social change and feel that you could contribute to our supportive team culture and the important work we do, this could be the job for you!
