About the role
As the Events & Marketing Coordinator, your strong experience in a similar role combined with your exceptional event management and marketing skills will see you excel. This is a unique opportunity to work with like-minded colleagues who are all aligned to their cause. This role will require you to partner with a variety of internal teams whilst demonstrating your skills in delivering engaging events and marketing solutions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and delivering the annual event schedule of over 50 events across four states (online & in person), delivering event promotions and supporting the marketing team to refresh the brand, offers and marketing strategy.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the annual events schedule in partnership with other internal teams covering sales events, training events, networking events and summits/conferences, ensuring exceptional internal & external customer service.
Lead on and deliver digital & in-person event logistics including scheduling, promotions, speaker engagement, event programs/design, managing event mailing lists, digital event surveys, and ensuring that the SalesForce CRM is updated post events.
Support delivery of the annual conference and awards, and lead on project management, recruiting speakers, recruiting sponsors, venue logistics, promotions & ticket sales, and event follow-up.
Support the implementation of a social enterprise sales pipeline, to automate communications related to marketing/sales events that generate new leads.
Provide general support to the marketing team, including content, social media, e-news and list management, website maintenance and marketing metrics.
