About the role

Position Summary
inTouch currently have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join
their innovate and driven organisation in Richmond, VIC. Reporting to the CEO, you will
be confident in your ability to act as an extension of the office, using your highly
developed attention to detail and organisational skills, including a passion for planning,
to ensure the effective administration of the executive office.
Your prior engagement in the NFP sector will allow you to succeed in this highly varied
environment, working proactively and assertively under the pressures of tight
timeframes. You will also be expected to have a high level of computer literacy as a
direct requirement of the role.
Moreover, you will need to have highly developed communication and interpersonal
skills, to build friendly and professional rapport with stakeholders, including Board,
organisational, and wider community members, while maintaining a commitment to
social justice and upholding inTouch’s ethical standards and values.

Position Accountabilities
To be considered for this position, you must have demonstrable experience as an
Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or another Senior Executive, as well as prior
experience in the not-for-profit sector.
Tasks include:
- Providing high level executive support to the CEO, including diary management,
administrative support and office management; - Providing high level administrative support and governance support to the
inTouch Board; and - Acting as the principal contact point for all external stakeholders.
