About the Opportunity

Due to significant growth, Casa now has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager Corporate Services/Deputy CEO to join their Senior Management Team in Alice Springs, NT.

In partnership with the CEO, you will be responsible for providing a high level of corporate services support and quality management to assist Casa in meeting strategic goals within agreed accountability frameworks. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Working closely with the HR, Quality, Operations and Finance Management teams to achieve alignment and smooth delivery across all areas;
  • Collaborating with existing staff to establish, review and maintain consistency across all operational/administrative systems and delivery areas;
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement and efficient working practices for all services, including the introduction of KPI systems; and
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within an environment of excellence and customer responsiveness.

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have extensive senior management experience with a thorough understanding of business principles.

You will need to be knowledgeable in commercial viability and take an entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities and growing the business. The ability to effectively lead a diverse group of stakeholders and positively impact performance across the organisation will also be essential to your success in this role.

Importantly, you will need to approach this role with a positive, open mindset and can-do attitude. You should be value-driven and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to successfully lead and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business.

Above all, you must remain participant-focused and ensure that your contribution is always centred around improving the well-being of service users and addressing their needs.
