About the organisation

Organisation Name : Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health

Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health will commence on 1st of January 2021 as a newly merged organisation.  We will provide a broad range of health and community services across the City of Hume, Macedon Ranges Shire and beyond.  Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health will operate across multiple sites from Sunbury to Kyneton.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working in a close knit executive team you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation and social impact.  Share your passion to creating exceptional client experiences and driving efficiency.   

This unique role will help forge our new organisation building on the strengths of both Cobaw Community Health and Sunbury Community Health to unleash the potential created by the merger. 

You will drive process and system alignment while executing a growth agenda.  As a key member of the executive team you will provide cultural leadership for the organisation, including creating a culture of data-driven and evidence based decision making.  You will work with an ITC Manager and team, Data Manager; as well as dedicated business development and/or business transformation project manager(s). 

Whilst overseeing ICT and Data units, you are not expected to come with technical skills, rather high level analytical skills and a vision for the use of technology to improve outcomes for our clients, community, staff and volunteers.  You will have proven experience in leading system change, cultural alignment and highly developed project management and leadership skills. 

You will demonstrate first rate people management skills with an ability to lead and inspire your team and importantly, others from across the organisation.
