About the role
- 2 Year Fixed-Term, Full-time role
- Inner Melbourne location, working from home initially due to Covid-19
- Salary: $88,662 per annum + Super

The Head Lease Coordinator will be responsible for the establishment of the ‘Homeless to Homes’ tenancy program that involves managing the head lease tenancy team in both the sourcing of properties and tenancy management.
The Head Lease Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the relevant funding agreement are met, recruitment of staff and ongoing staff management. The incumbent will also be responsible for internal and external monthly reporting, continuous oversight and monitoring of the program budget, property allocations and other activities associated with the needs of the organisation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive operational experience within the homelessness sector. You will also have leadership qualities including a high degree of initiative and analytical skills and the ability to provide direction to the team.
You will have an understanding of tenancy management, the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that uses innovative housing practices.
