Social Ventures Australia (SVA) is a not-for-profit organisation that works with partners to alleviate disadvantage – towards an Australia where all people and communities thrive. We influence systems to deliver better social outcomes for people by learning about what works in communities, helping organisations be more effective, sharing our perspectives and advocating for change.

The Marketing & Communications team works across SVA to drive brand marketing, client engagement, and marketing for program delivery. The Bright Spots School Connection (The Connection) team provides support to develop projects and actions that respond to the issues of education disadvantage in Australia’s most challenged school communities. As part of the Marketing & Communications team you will provide advice and support to The Connection.

You will come to the position with proven experience in marketing and communications, having applied creativity and innovation to all stages of the marketing process, ideally in a service focused context within the education sector. A collaborative and pro-active approach to building supportive internal relationships and working across diverse internal and external stakeholders will see you successful in this role.
