About the role
A grade 2 physiotherapist registered with AHPRA. We are looking for a client driven motivated physiotherapist who enjoys working in a team environment to achieve client goals and outcomes. Our team is based at Ferntree gully and service consists of home based visits and assessment. The team is a multidisciplinary comprising of Registered nurse, Occupational Therapist, Allied Health Assistant and a Dietician.
A person with knowledge and or experience in aged care, rehab or community health is preferable.
What you’ll be doing
A typical day in the STRC team includes working closely within the multi-disciplinary team, completing individualised assessments, setting goals, delivering treatment and exercise programs, using adaptive technology and measuring client outcomes. You will be visiting the client in their homes as well as utilising telehealth where possible. You will also be participating in fortnightly case conferences and communicating with the multidisciplinary team.
