Orygen Digital has already developed world-leading youth mental health technologies. Our flagship Moderated Online Social Therapy (MOST) platform is the first single digital solution specifically designed to integrate with, and address, the key limitations of current youth mental health services. It has been designed with and for young people and existing services, providing clinicians with evidence-based tools that can be used across the diagnostic and severity spectrums and all stages of treatment.

The Opportunity
Orygen Digital is seeking a Clinical Implementation Facilitator, with the ability to support the development of a world’s first service implementation project. A chance to work with an organisation leading the way in digital youth mental health, whilst engaging with Victoria’s state-funded youth specialised services and headspace centres and their staff to support this project. The role and your impact
The Clinical Implementation Facilitator will develop a detailed knowledge of all elements of the MOST platform and service model, and will contribute to the design of training material and other materials to support implementation. The successful implementation of MOST will require significant onboarding, training, and ongoing support of services and their staff. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of youth mental health services and well developed communication and engagement skills, you will work closely with centres to provide this support, promote MOST and liaise with MOST Champion’s within each service to solve implementation problems as they arise. This is a broad and busy role providing great opportunities to broaden and develop both your clinical and digital intervention skills in a supportive and positive workplace culture.

About you
Essential to the role is that you are tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline such as Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing, and are eligible for appropriate membership with accredited registering body. You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health outcomes for young people. In addition, you will bring:
- Highly-developed experience working in a youth mental health service.
- An ability to build and develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- A capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment, working to appropriate timelines.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and excellent problem solving abilities.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence others within a clinical context.
- Passion about digital interventions in youth mental health, including MOST.
