About the role
Permanent Part time – 10 hours minimum per week
$57,683.08 – $58,910 pa (pro rata) plus Superannuation
About the role
We are looking for dedicated, conscientious and passionate home support workers to assist people to remain independent in their homes.
Your role will be to provide a range of entry level personal care tasks, respite and practicable basic household tasks for frail aged people and people with disabilities and/or their carers, to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
The successful applicant/s will have knowledge of the Wellness and Reablement models of the Commonwealth Home Support and the HACC Program for younger person’s program guidelines.
A current Victorian licence, reliable car and current employee working with children card are essential for this role.
Availability in hours include Monday to Friday 7am -7pm with occasional after hours weekend work.
