Village Glen Aged Care Residences is a 5-star aged care facility located at Capel Sound (Rosebud West) on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. It is colocated on the extensive grounds of the Village Glen Retirement Village, a family-owned, successfully run business for over 40 years. We're proud of what we've achieved, but there's no way we can continue to do this without the help of some passionate, driven individuals - including a Personal Care Attendant to ensure that our residents needs are met. Reporting into the Care Services Manager, you will ensure that the facility and all its services are run effciently and contribute to providing a quality resort/hotel style service.
Your primary objectives for this role will be to achieve superior results in the following areas:
- Assisting the Team Leader in providing care service in the unit
- Clinical care
- Workplace safety
- Customer Service
- Food Safety
- Assist with inhouse teaching and students placement
What can you bring?
You’ll need to be broad-minded, empathetic and bring a diverse range of experience to the table with you, as well as a Cert. III / IV in Aged Care.
